Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted on any item deemed faulty and a full refund will be issued upon the completed return. Please contact us beforehand to arrange the return.
Due to the handmade to order nature of most of our items we do not accept returns on any personalised or custom work. Please ensure when leaving details for personalisation that all spelling is correct. We cannot be held responsible for anything spelled incorrectly if the details provided were not correct. For custom requests we do recommend you contact us beforehand to fully discuss the item.
Please note that we do offer signed for post options for your peace of mind and we cannot be held responsible for any items lost in the post when not using this option. We do however keep all proof of postage and will work with you to address any issues.
If on the off chance items arrived damaged in the post, please contact us and we will work to rectify the problem.
